C&K Luxury Boutique Store Return Policy

Due to the highly curated, authenticated, and pre-owned nature of our modern and vintage luxury inventory, all sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Every item in our collection is outfitted with a specialized, numbered, tamper-evident security seal prior to packaging. In the rare event that an exception is legally required, a return will absolutely not be processed if this physical security tag has been cut, broken, detached, or altered in any capacity.

For the mutual protection of our boutique and our clients, the entire packaging and fulfillment process for every order is documented under continuous, high-definition video surveillance to verify the exact condition of the item and its intact security seal prior to courier dispatch.
