Terms of Service

By completing a purchase with C&K Luxury Boutique, the buyer explicitly acknowledges and agrees to our strict Final Sale policy. The buyer verifies that they have thoroughly reviewed all product descriptions, condition notes, and high-resolution layout photography provided.

The buyer further agrees that breaking, cutting, or tampering with the attached, numbered security seal voids any and all buyer claims. Any unauthorized credit card chargebacks filed in violation of these explicit final sale and security tag terms will be rigorously disputed using our archived video fulfillment logs and third-party authentication documentation.

Returns

All sales are strictly final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations for any reason.

Every item is outfitted with a numbered, tamper-evident security seal. A return will not be processed if this physical security tag has been cut, broken, detached, or altered in any capacity.

Shipping

Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days and dispatched via UPS or FedEx with mandatory signature delivery required. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes.

Orders placed on our website ship at no charge, with signature required upon delivery. Every shipment is fully insured for its exact purchase value.
